I ate at La Teca today and thoroughly enjoyed myself. They have indoor and patio seating. I'm not familiar with food from the Isthmus and the waiter quickly explained the different dishes. I had the Plato Istmeño. It is one of the most expensive dinners at $200 pesos but it had chicken, potatoes, cabbage, plantain, three garnaches and a chili relleno. I asked for a friend who doesn't eat pork and the garnaches and chili relleno both use beef. I had a nice dessert and my bill was $285 including a drink.I plan on returning.
